Mr Sun will be reassigned to other responsibilities within China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("HRG") Group. He will be working closely with the Board of Directors to achieve a smooth transition.
Upon his resignation as a Director of the Company, Mr Sun ceases to be a member of the Remuneration Committee ("RC") and Nominating Committee ("NC").
