The second paragraph of the release on the same subject matter we issued earlier should be read as follows:

The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, ComfortDelGro S.E.Asia Pte Ltd ( CDGSEA ) has today entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Helios Service and Investment Joint Stock Company ( Helios ) to transfer all of CDGSEA's 70% shareholding in Vietnam Taxi Co., Ltd ( VTCL ), a company that was incorporated and domiciled under the laws of Vietnam to Helios (the Transaction ). VTCL is in the Taxi business.
