In accordance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we would like to inform you that IIFL Home Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a Company IIHFL Sales Limited as their wholly owned subsidiary.

Accordingly, IIHFL Sales Limited has become a step down subsidiary of the Company.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, is given as Annexure "A".
