The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement of 27 September 2016 regarding the offer by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a subsidiary of the Group, to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding US$225,000,000 6.75% senior notes due 2020 (the "Notes") and proposed new notes (the "Previous Announcement").

Further to the Previous Announcement, SML wishes to announce that the Issuer has released the results of the Issuer's offer to holders of the Notes to tender the Notes for purchase for cash ("Tender Offer").

Please refer to the attached Issuer's announcement on the results of its Tender Offer.
