Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mrs. Ivy Santoso ("Mrs. Santoso") had, on 1 August 2020, tendered her resignation to pursue other personal interests ("Resignation"). The board of directors of the Company ("Board") accepted the Resignation on 14 August 2020. Following the Resignation, Mrs. Santoso will relinquish all her positions held within Moya Holdings Asia Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

Mrs. Santoso will continue to oversee the operations of the Group in her current roles, and ensure smooth functioning of the operations of the Group until her last day with the Company on 31 August 2020. Her duties and responsibilities will be assumed by existing key management of the operating subsidiaries of the Group, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Moya Indonesia Holdings Pte. Ltd. and the Managing Director of the Company.

The Sponsor, after having interviewed Mrs. Santoso, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the Resignation of Mrs. Santoso.
