Narrative versionNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ordinary Share Transfer Books and Register of Holders of ordinary shares of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 21 August 2026 (Friday) up to (and including) 24 August 2026 (Monday) to determine the ordinary shareholders' entitlement to the tax-exempt (one-tier) interim ordinary dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2026 (the "Interim Ordinary Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. of 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632, up to 5.00 p.m. on 21 August 2026 will be registered to determine ordinary shareholders' entitlement to the Interim Ordinary Dividend.

In respect of ordinary shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Interim Ordinary Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the Interim Ordinary Dividend to the holders of the securities accounts.
