Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-00 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632 up to 5.00 p.m. on 25 August 2026, will be registered to determine shareholders entitlement to the dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 August 2026 will be entitled to the dividend.
Payment of the dividend will be made on 11 September 2026. |
