This to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Monday, the 05th May, 2014 at Bangalore, inter-alia , to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2014 and also to recommend consideration of Final Dividend for the year 2013-14, if any, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from 25.04.2014 to 07.05.2014 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on 08.05.2014, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 05.05.2014, inter-alia, to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2014, as stated above.
