We wish to inform the following changes in the Board of Directors of Lodha Developers Private Limited (Parent Guarantor and hereinafter referred to as Company ) :

1) Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha has been appointed as Director and Chairman of the Company. He is the founder and promoter of the Company. He holds a degree in law from the University of Jodhpur, India. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and has over 20 years of experience in the field of construction. He has single handedly inspired the Company to its current height as India s most premiere real estate developer.

2) Mr. Abhishek Lodha has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Abhishek Lodha is one of the promoters of the Company and has been associated with the Lodha Group since 2003. He holds a Bachelor s and Master s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of corporate management and construction including a tenure of 2 years at McKinsey and Company, USA.

3) Mr. Rajendra Lodha has ceased to be the Director of the Company, however he continues to be associated with the group.

4) Mr. Kishore Tidke has ceased to be the Director of the Company, however he continues to be associated with the group as a Chief Operating Officer.
