Mr Khua will step down as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer due to health reasons.

The Board and Management would like to express our appreciation to Mr Khua for his invaluable contributions and guidance to the Company.

The Board will conduct a search for a new Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During this transition period, as Mr Khua had been on leave of absence since 27 October 2025, his responsibilities will continue to be undertaken by Mr Don Tang Fook Yuen, a senior executive of the Group. Mr Tang will remain supported in the day to day management of the Company by Mr Francis Lee Fook Wah (Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer), with BG (RET) Lim Yeow Beng (Independent Director) providing independent oversight and governance.
