Each of the Bonus Warrants will carry the right to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of S$1.28 (from 19/05/2014 to 19/11/2014) or S$2.28 (from 19/05/2016 to 19/05/2017).
Additional TextReference is made to the initial announcement dated 29 April 2014. The Company would like to clarify that the Security Credit Date for the Bonus Warrants has been amended to 21/05/2014, due to, amongst others, logistical considerations in respect of the preparation of the Bonus Warrants certificates.
