Interested Person Details
The Lender, Mr Tan Boon Seng, is a Non-independent Non-executive Director of the Company. As at the date of the Supplemental Loan Agreement, the Lender has a direct and deemed interest in approximately 1.21% and 25.74% of the share capital of the Company respectively and is, therefore, a controlling shareholder of the Company. Accordingly, the Lender is deemed to be an interested person and the entry into the Supplemental Loan Agreement is an interested person transaction for the purposes of Chapter 9 of Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "Catalist Rules").
