Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the Company) has today published on the Companys website, www.dairyfarmgroup.com, a shareholder circular for the Proposed Transfer of Listing Segment from Premium to Standard on the London Stock Exchange, including a notice convening a Special General Meeting (the Shareholder Circular).
Printed copies of the Shareholder Circular and form of proxy for the Special General Meeting, are today being posted to shareholders.
Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
