This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 28, 2018 at its registered office, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of Dividend on Equity shares for the financial year 2017-18, if any.

Further in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2018 to May 30, 2018 (both days inclusive).
