In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and letter A.a) of the Section II of the General Rule No. 486, and number 5.1.7 of the Section IV of the General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the CMF ), hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On November 30, 2023, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out a placement of one bond in the international market, under the Medium Term Notes Program (hereinafter MTN ) by the Bank with date March 29, 2023.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follow:
Unsecured Senior bond, for a total amount of USD 20,000,000 (United States Dolars) maturing on December 12, 2025. The average placement rate of the security was 5.5%.
