On November, 6, 2025, the Board of Directors of Emperador Inc. (the "Company") approved the utilization of up to One Million Two Hundred Thousand (1,200,000) treasury shares for the implementation of the Company's Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).

Pursuant to the said authority, the Company, on even date, implemented the sale of Seven Hundred Thousand (700,000) treasury shares to a qualified employee under the ESOP.
