1. The Bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 03 December 2020.

2. The short name of the Bonds is ChinaDevBkb3.39%270710S and the ISIN Code is CND10003DGK3.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Bonds is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Notes and Futures Act (the 'SFA').
