The Board of Directors of S i2i Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, Mediaring Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia has been struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 308 of the Malaysian Companies Act 1965.

The strike off of Mediaring Sdn Bhd, Malaysia has no material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Company for the financial period ending on 31 December 2014.

Save for their respective shareholdings in the Company, none of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off of Mediaring Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
