We wish to inform that today i.e. October 3, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ( the Company ), has issued and allotted 31,215 (Thirty One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifteen only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,38,54,142/- divided into 42,19,27,071 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
