This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company would meet on Monday, November 8, 2021, to inter alia consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on closure of Trading Window dated September 30, 2021, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons ( the Code ), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons as defined in the Code till Wednesday, November 10, 2021, and the same will be opened at the beginning of the trading hours on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
