At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors (Board) of the Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 19 May 2021, said Board declared cash dividends of ninety centavos (P0.90) per share, for the first semester of 2021.

Source of Dividend Payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of December 31, 2020 less the capital adjustment as required by BSP.
