Neal Wolkoff has served as a member of the board of directors and the audit committee of World Gold Trust Services, LLC (the Sponsor ), the sponsor of SPDR Gold Trust (the Trust ) since January 24, 2013. On January 1, 2023, the term of Mr. Wolkoff s appointment as a director of the Sponsor expired and Mr. Wolkoff will no longer serve as a director. The decision of the Sponsor and Mr. Wolkoff not to renew his appointment for an additional term did not arise from any disagreement on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Trust.

Neal Wolkoff was a member of the board of directors and board's the audit committee of World Gold Trust Services, LLC, the sponsor of the SPDR Gold Trust. Members of the board of directors manage the business and affairs of the sponsor, including oversight of the audit committee with the exception of overseeing the performance and compensation of the executive management and staff.
