1. The Trust Certificates will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 2 March 2018.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'PerusahaTC3.75%230301A' and 'PERTC23A' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567PAJ93.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'PerusahaTC3.75%230301R' and 'PERTC23R' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567RAJ59.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Rule 144A.

3. The Trust Certificates will be quoted and traded in US Dollars (US$). The Trust Certificates will be in denominations of US$200,000 and integral multiples of US$1,000 in excess thereof. The Trust Certificates will be traded in a minimum board lot size of US$200,000.
