Following the completion of the proposed acquisition of 100% equity interests in MM Myanmar Pte. Ltd. from Yoma Strategic Investments Ltd., First Myanmar Investment Company Limited and Exemplary Ventures Limited, Mr Serge Pun @ Theim Wai was appointed to the Board as part of the re-constitution of the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.
