As part of the board renewal process, the Nominating Committee (the "NC") has reviewed the board structure, as well as the background of Ms Krystal Goh Shu Yan ("Ms Krystal Goh") and is of the view that Ms Krystal Goh's experience and credentials will bring valuable expertise and provide different perspectives to the Board. The appointment of Ms Krystal Goh as an Executive Director of the Company based on NC's recommendation has been approved by the Board.

The role also involves ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence and alignment with corporate goals.
