Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): We refer to the Full Yearly Results announcement released on 21 February 2025 (Announcement Reference No. SG250221OTHR467G) ("21 Feb Announcement"), specifically its attachment titled 'Announcement of Unaudited Results for the Full Year ended 31 December 2024' ("FY2024 Unaudited Results").

Due to inadvertent errors in Section 20: Interested Person Transactions of the FY2024 Unaudited Results, namely:

(a) The column titled 'Aggregate value of all interested person transactions (excluding transactions less than S$100,000 and transactions conducted under a shareholders' mandate pursuant to Rule 920 of the SGX Listing Manual) 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024'; and

(b) The row referencing 'Conditional sale and purchase agreement of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of D'Crypt Pte Ltd',

the following corrections have been made:

1. The amounts in the specified column under (a) have been amended to nil; and
2. The interested person transaction in the specified row under (b) has been removed.

Save for these amendments to Section 20: Interested Person Transactions, all other information in the FY2024 Unaudited Results remains unchanged. The 'Media Release' and 'Presentation Slides: FY2024 Results' attachments to the 21 Feb Announcement also remain unchanged.

Please refer to the attached replacement announcement, titled 'Announcement of Unaudited Results for the Full Year ended 31 December 2024', with Section 20: Interested Person Transactions duly corrected and amended.
