On 28 August 2025, the Board of Directors of Del Monte Pacific Limited (the "Company") resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which had been scheduled for 11 September 2025, to 29 September 2025. This is to ensure that the Company, whose fiscal year ends on 30 April of each year, will have sufficient time to comply with regulatory requirements, particularly to complete its Audited Financial Statements and Annual Report, which are disseminated to shareholders prior to the AGM.

Shareholders to note that the AGM originally scheduled on 11 September 2025 has been cancelled and will not be held. The AGM is now scheduled to be convened and held on 29 September 2025. Please refer to the Revised Notice of AGM and Proxy Form uploaded in the AGM Announcement section.
