The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), approved on 21 December 2021, the amendment to Article Seventh of the Bank's Articles of Incorporation.

The increase in the Authorized Capital Stock particularly the common stock from 4.9 billion to 5 billion and the corresponding amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was approved by the stockholders last 22 April 2021 and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) last 08 June 2021.
