(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Trust Certificates are 'PerusahaTC4.15%270329R' and 'PERTC27R ' respectively. The ISIN Code is US71567RAH93.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Trust Certificates issued under Rule 144A.
