After having interviewed Mr Wong Chee Keong ("Mr Wong"), Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Sponsor") is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Wong as the Executive Director (Group Operations Support) which would have an adverse impact on the Company.
