Narrative versionNOTICE OF RECORD DATE FOR AN INTERIM DIVIDEND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2026 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to an interim tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 2.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 (the "Interim Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632 up to 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2026 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 27 February 2026 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on 9 March 2026.
