Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd filed a civil suit in the High Court of Singapore in November 2025 against Mr Lim Ban Dian, Ms Goh Siew Yin and Mr Lim himself (as joint and several defendants) in relation to building and construction law and contractual issues concerning an on-demand indemnity deed, with an estimated liquidated claim of S$11,990,000. Pursuant to an Order of Court dated 20 April 2026, summary judgment was granted against the defendants jointly and severally for, inter alia, the sum of S$11,990,000, together with fixed interest of 5.33% per annum to run from 23 October 2025. The defendants have since filed an appeal against the decision.
