In relation to our disclosure dated August 18, 2022 on Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala s medical leave of absence as Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors, please be informed that Mr. Zobel de Ayala tendered today his resignation as member of our Board effective immediately to allow him to focus more on his recovery and health. His replacement will be elected by our Board in due course.
