IENOVA ANNOUNCES ITS PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FLUIDS MARINE TERMINAL ISSUED BY THE INTEGRAL PORT ADMINISTRATION OF TOPOLOBAMPO IN THE STATE OF SINALOA

Mexico City, June 22, 2018 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., IEnova , informs that, in connection with the bidding process launched by the Integral Port Administration of Topolobampo, S.A: de C.V. ( API Topolobampo ) for the construction and operation of a marine terminal for the receipt and storage of hydrocarbons, petroleum, petrochemicals and other fluids, today, through its subsidiary IEnova Petroliferos IV, S. de R.L. de C.V., it submitted a proposal to participate in the public tender.

Participating in the bidding process does not guarantee that IEnova will be awarded such project.

In case of winning the tender, IEnova would be responsible for entering into a concession and partial assignment agreement with the API and implementing the project, including obtaining the permits, the engineering, procurement, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the terminal.

This initiative is consistent with IEnovas strong commitment around developing energy infrastructure in the country.
