We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), were informed by Fraser and Neave, Limited ("F&N") that the Board of Directors of F&N considered and endorsed the 2025 operating results and financial statements ended 30 September 2025.

The information will be available on the website of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) (www.sgx.com) once the upload by F&N via SGX website is completed.

Please note that F&N is an indirect subsidiary of THBEV whereby InterBev Investment Limited, an indirect subsidiary of THBEV, holds 69.67% of all shares of F&N (excluding treasury shares).
