SMIC REPORTS UNAUDITED RESULTS FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2015:
- Revenue was a record high of $546.6 million in 2Q15, increased 7.2% QoQ and increased 6.9% YoY;
- Gross profit was a record high of $176.4 million in 2Q15, increased 17.7% QoQ and increased 23.3% YoY;
- Gross margin was a record high of 32.3% in 2Q15, compared to 29.4% in 1Q15 and 28.0% in 2Q14;
- Profit for the period attributable to SMIC was $ 76.7 million in 2Q15.
