In accordance with Clause 6.1.1 under Terms and Conditions of the Series A and B Bonds of the Trust Deeds dated 8 November 2012 (the Trust Deed ) and made between GTL Infrastructure Limited (the Company ) and Citicorp International Limited (the Trustee ), we hereby give notice for the Closed Period of the Company for exercising Conversion Right commencing from Wednesday, September 2, 2015 to Wednesday, September 23, 2015 for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
