The Issuer notifies Covered Bondholders that by way of the Trustee Appointment Deed and pursuant to the Effective Date Notice, Citicorp International Limited has been appointed as a co-trustee under the relevant agreements for the purpose of acting as trustee for the holders of any Series of Covered Bonds to be issued under the Programme on and from the Effective Date. BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited shall remain trustee on all outstanding Series of Covered Bonds under the Programme prior to the Effective Date.
