The Issuer, having considered that there are no holders of outstanding global depository receipts of the Issuer ( GDRs ) and the costs involved in maintaining the listing of the GDRs on the SGX-ST, has determined that there is limited practical benefit in maintaining the listing of the GDRs on the SGX-ST, and that it would be in the best interests of the Issuer and its shareholders to delist the GDRs from the SGX-ST.

Therefore, the issuer decided to delist the GDRs at the Board of Directors' meeting on 11 May 2023. For more information, please refer to the minutes of the Board of Directors.
