Interested Person Details
For the purposes of the Proposed Capital Injection, both TJZX Medicine and Taiping Medicine are valued based on the appraised values of their net assets. Accordingly, the Injection Amount is based on the appraised value of the net assets of TJZX Medicine, being RMB RMB493,617,700. Upon completion of the Proposed Capital Injection, it is envisaged that the Company and TPH will hold 43.35% and 56.65% equity interest in Taiping Medicine respectively. Consequently, the completion of the Proposed Capital Injection will result in the Company establishing a joint venture in Taiping Medicine with TPH (the Proposed Joint Venture , together with the Proposed Capital Injection and the Proposed Provision of Guarantee, the Proposed IPTs ).
