H2G Green Limited (the "Company") refers to its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY2025") (the "Annual Report") released on SGXNET on 11 July 2025 (Announcement reference: SG250711OTHRE98I).
Subsequent to the publication of the Annual Report, the Company wishes to announce the following amendments to the Annual Report:
1. An inadvertent typographical error was identified in the date stated in the Notes to the Financial Statements on page 100 of the Annual Report. The date of authorisation of the Financial Statements for FY2025 by the Board of Directors was stated as "23 September 2025" and is corrected to "9 July 2025".
2. Certain disclosures under Note 2.5 to the Financial Statements on page 101 of the Annual Report, relating to the going concern basis of preparation, have been updated to reflect changes in the group support arrangements. In particular, Green Energy Investment Holding Private Limited ("GEIH") has been excluded from going concern support, as the Company has assessed that such support is no longer required from GEIH.
P5 Pte. Ltd. and P5 Luminaire Pte. Ltd. have confirmed their commitment not to demand repayment of amounts owing to them and to provide financial support to the Company for the next 12 months from 9 July 2025. The financial support provided by P5 Pte. Ltd. and P5 Luminaire Pte. Ltd. is deemed sufficient to support the Company's going concern status. Accordingly, the Company has replaced the original Note 2.5 to the Financial Statements with the revised version set out on page 101 of the attached amended Annual Report.
Save as aforementioned, there are no other changes to the Annual Report.
