GC Treasury Center Company Limited (the "Company") refers to the US$700,000,000 2.980% Senior Notes Due 2031 which were issued in March 2021 by GC Treasury Center Company Limited and were fully, irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (the "Notes").

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of US$33,803,000 of the Notes from the open market.

As of October 17, 2023, there was US$630,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
