Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Centurion Accommodation REIT ("CAREIT"), hereby announces that CAREIT's unaudited financial results for the financial period from 12 August 2025 (date of constitution) to 31 December 2025 (the "Financial Results") will be released on 23 February 2026, after trading hours. The Financial Results will also be made available on CAREIT's website at www.careit.com.sg.


DBS Bank Ltd. and UBS AG, Singapore Branch are the joint issue managers and global coordinators and the joint bookrunners and underwriters to the initial public offering of CAREIT.
