the resolution plan submitted by JSW Steel Coated Products Limited ( JSWSCPL ), a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Steel Limited ("JSW Steel"/ the "Company") in respect of the corporate insolvency resolution process of Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited ("ACCIL") (the resolution plan as amended and supplemented, Resolution Plan ) has been approved with certain modifications by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi ( NCLT ) on 19.10.2020.
