Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
With the completion of the investment by the Anchor Investor in January 2019, Mr Hano Maeloa has decided it is now an appropriate time for him to step down, as Mr Hano Maeloa is of the view that with a change in management and substantial shareholder, there should be a refreshment in the composition of the Board.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Hano Maeloa as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
