Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 23, 2016 approved standalone as well as consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 ( AFR) along with the audit report and Form A as reviewed by the Audit Committee.

The Board has also recommended a dividend at the rate of 10 % i.e. Re. 0.50 per share on 265,226,109 Equity Shares of Rs.5 each fully paid-up. The Board has fixed Monday, June 27, 2016 to Tuesday, June 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) as the Book Closure for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for dividend, if any, declared by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting.
