Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Ow Eei Phurn Benedict ("Mr Benedict Ow") will retire as an Executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 April 2026 but will continue to serve as Sales Director of the Company's subsidiary, Ann Aik Pte. Ltd., until 30 June 2026. Mr Benedict Ow's retirement is to devote more time to other personal commitments.

Following his retirement, the management responsibilities undertaken by Mr Benedict Ow will be assumed by the existing management team.

After having interviewed Mr Benedict Ow and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the retirement of Mr Benedict Ow as an Executive Director of AnnAik Limited.
