Mr Lee Teng Chye will be retiring as Chief Executive Officer of Intraco Trading Pte. Ltd. and Intrawave Pte. Ltd. with effect from 15 November 2026 and will accordingly cease to be an executive officer of the Group from that date.

Following his retirement, Mr Lee Teng Chye will be appointed as an Executive Adviser to Intraco Trading Pte. Ltd..
