We refer to our earlier announcment (dated 22.01.2015), wherein we have informed the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 4th February, 2015 at Bangalore, to inter-alia approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2014.

We wish to inform that the venue of the meeting of Board of Directors is shifted to Mumbai from Bangalore and there is no change in the date of the meeting ie., 04.02.2015.
