Please be informed that the Bank of The Philippine Islands (BPI), pursuant to the provision of Article Seventh of its Articles of Incorporation allocating one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) of its total Authorized Capital Stock for an Executive Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and another one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) of said Authorized Capital for Executive Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), approved to grant to qualified participants/beneficiaries about 4,035,000 shares for ESOP 2019 and about 9,100,000 shares for ESPP 2019.
